ISRO Makes History with First-ever rocket based payload Launch from Uttar Pradesh’s Kushinagar

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has achieved another remarkable milestone in India’s space exploration journey by successfully conducting the first-ever rocket-based payload launch from Uttar Pradesh. This groundbreaking event took place in Kushinagar district on June 14, 2025, marking a significant moment in the state’s technological advancement and India’s decentralized space program.

The historic launch occurred at precisely 5:14:33 PM when the rocket successfully ascended to an altitude of 1.1 kilometers before deploying its payload.
