A 6.2-magnitude earthquake, according to the National Center for Seismology, struck Nepal at 2:51 PM today.
The National Seismological Centre of Nepal reports that an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 occurred on Tuesday afternoon in regions of western Nepal. No documented loss of life or property has occurred.

The NCS posted information of an earthquake in Nepal with the following coordinates: “Earthquake of Magnitude:4.6, Occurred on 03-10-2023, 14:25:52 IST, Lat: 29.37 & Long: 81.22, Depth: 10 Km.”
The second earthquake, which had a magnitude of 6.2, had a depth of 5 km as opposed to 10 km for the previous one, which had a value of 4.6.
