In the previous chapter of After Becoming Everyone’s Favorite, I Went On a Killing Spree, Siwada meets an elderly bald man who expresses disgust and even threatens her. In response to the man’s aggression, Siwada uses her own abilities to control him.
Siwada remarks on the man’s lack of resolve as he falls and writhes in pain. After the man offers Siwada an apology for his actions, Siwada finally agrees to let him go. She demands payment from the man and the transfer of all his possessions to her.
Siwada is delighted when the man hands her a pouch of coins because she needs money for her expenses anyhow. When Siwada orders the man to leave, he immediately flees, and she is happy to have given one of her enemies, who had previously treated her badly, a lesson.
